Each residence must pay a Membership fee and Impact Fee plus the cost of the water meter, supplies and installation. The deep water rights below 200' on the property requesting service must be dedicated to Deer Creek Water Corp.
CURRENT FEES AS OF 8/21/23:
Membership fee = $1,000
Impact Fee: The impact fee is based upon the meter size as follows: 5/8" meter = $4,000 -or- **1" meter = $10,000
**DCWC requires that all homes with four or less bedrooms have a 5/8" water meter regardless of the size of the lot. DCWC allows, but does not require, 1" meters for homes with five or more bedrooms on lots of an acre or more.

Our community's water meters are read around the 15th of each month using an electronic drive-by system. Please contact our office for any additional information.
